Purpose: The ADHD Comprehensive Teacher's Rating Scale (ACTeRS) is a teacher rated
checklist for attention-deficit disorder in children.
Overview: This test has 24 items that cover four different factors, including attention, hyperactivity, social skills, and oppositional behavior. This scale is quick to administer and is useful to distinguish between learning disorders and attention-deficit disorder. The scale can be supplemented with the parent and self-report forms.
Time Estimate: 15 minutes.

Each item is rated on a five-point scale, ranging from "almost never" to "almost always", where the total is calculated in percentage.
